The five basic reports form the basis of information required
to ensure compliance with the Drivers Hours Rules, although specifying additional reports
as and when required incure no extra charges (except DPR and PIR).
BASIC FIVE REPORTS
[1] DIS. The Driver Infringement Summary quantifies each client's exposure to possible legal consequences.
[2] DUR. The Driver Time Utilisation Report shows how effectively time has been used on a comparative and overall basis.
[3] VRS. The Vehicle Use Summary shows utilisation of all vehicles on a comparative basis and lists missing charts.
[4] NCF. The Short Tachograph Charts Register indicates who drove which vehicle and when.
[5] ANL. Driver Weekly Infringement Reports constitute an accurate reflection of the information given on tachograph charts.
OPTIONAL REPORTS
[6] LTR. These are Infringement abstracts from report [5] above presented as formal letters from the Transport Manager to drivers who have generated Infringements.
[7] SAI. The infringement History Report displays the most recent 20 Infringement Summaries.
[8] VRR. Vehicle Use Reports track vehicle use day by day over the analysis period to reveal unrecorded kilometres, summarises drive hours, and provides other usage statistics.
[9] AFB. Away Base Reports are designed to validate driver claims for overnight subsistence allowances.
[10] DPR. The Extended Tachograph Charts Register indicates who drove which vehicle when, PLUS LOCATIONS. Replaces report [4] above.
[11] DSR. The Excess Speed Report lists drivers whose speeds exceed any standard laid down for individual vehicles.
[12] CPR. The Drivers Work Log is issued to assist Operators compare driver timesheet hours with tachograph hours.
[13] TRK. Modes Trace Analysis reports detail mode changes to reveal route/work patterns. Each report deals with a single chart.
[14] THM. Lists tachograph head malfunctions.
PIR. Persistant Infringement Report shows, for a six week period, drivers that have infringed the regulations. Each report deals with a separate infringement.
